"A day without immigrants"

Today i went to my grandparents house and told them what they thought about today.

Grandma: today was about a movement that no one knows the fear about. No one knows what it feels like to known that people can come knocking on their door and then getting taken away. For example: your aunt isn't from here, she has no papers. So if she gets taken away your cousins have to go with her or be put up for adoption. No one deserves to live in this fear or pain. *left in tears*

Grandpa: its just a day where we stand up and fight. We came to this "land" to have a better life for us and our kids. So what changed now? That stupid idiot in the "big house"? We are the people who wake up 5 in the morning to pick the things you guys have on your tables. We just want to live in peace and not have any troubles. *left away mad*
